Installation of Bro. Nick Hill
Lodge Commonwealth of Australia cordially invites you to the Installation of Bro. Nick Hill into the Chair of King Solomon. This is to be held at The Canberra Masonic Centre (3 Mountevans Street, Mawson ACT 2607) on Saturday 2nd December 2023. The Lodge will tyle at 4.00pm, with visiting Brethren admitted from 4.15pm, and the Grand Lodge delegation is to enter at 4.30pm. The Representative of the Grand Master is RW Bro Roman Cholawinskyj.
Ladies and guests concurrent to the ceremony of Installation are invited to join at the same time at the Canberra Masonic Centre.
Ladies and Guests are warmly invited to the Installation Banquet and join our celebration. The Banquet is to be held at The Canberra Masonic Centre and will be catered for externally
The dress is dinner suit for men and formal or after-five for ladies. The Installation Banquet will incur a cost of $45.00 per head (Kids under 12 eat for $12 per head). Please specify any dietary requirements below and if appropriate, advise the catering staff accordingly during the serving of meals.
Bookings for the banquet may be made online or by contacting the secretary via e-mail. Please note that for catering purposes we require at least one week’s notice of attendance at the Banquet; please help us and avoid disappointment by providing your notification of attendance by the 30th of November 2023. Late bookings are unlikely to be satisfied.

The Meal
The meal is a buffet style meal served by Yianno’s Catering. Options for most (if not all) dietary requirements will be satisfied. If you feel you have a particularly special dietary requirement, please let us know in the booking form.
The Bar
Drinks will be supplied by the lodge on the night.

Our preference is for you to please fill in the form below to make your reservation for the Installation banquet. The form is capable of taking both Credit Card payments or commitments of EFTs as well as payments on the night via Credit Card (preferred) or Cash.

Final numbers have been confirmed with the caterer. Any bookings made on the form below are tentative and will be confirmed by the lodge on the day. Payments can still be made and refunded if no space is available at the banquet.
